 Satori Co. is owned and operated by Kate Kelly, a trauma-informed Integrative Holistic Practitioner, Certified Massage Therapist and Biophilic Designer. She implements systems and practices that are also PTSD, ADHD and neurodivergence informed.

After nearly three decades in the entertainment industry and navigating her own experiences with trauma and burnout, Kate began exploring the practices, research, and tools that helped her heal - Including various therapies, somatic practices, and EMDR.

Satori Co. grew from that journey.

Today, Kate shares the practices, insights, and tools that have helped her create more calm, connection, and ease - With the hope that something here brings you a little more peace and joy in your everyday living.
